What does HGH do? Human growth hormone is manufactured by the pituitary gland, located in the brain.

It’s not just an hCG diet supplement, it’s a real injection. This diet starts off with a massive intake of calories (3,000 to 5,000 calories a day) followed by drastic decrease in caloric intake (as low as 500 to 700) calories daily.
While these massive levels of calories are consumed, the person will inject the hCG hormone into their body.
Why would anyone do that? Many bodybuilders believe that consuming large amounts of calories over a several day period will initiate endocrine or hormonal processes that aid weight loss. However, it stands to reason that a drastically reduced caloric intake will naturally have a similar effect on weight – just not as fast.
Do you need to follow an HGH diet to lose weight? No. Bodybuilders often combine hormones and anabolic steroids to achieve their goals; mainly accelerating muscle mass while decreasing fat mass.
The thing about any diet including this one is that anybody can create one on the Internet and claim that it provides benefits. However, the majority of these individuals are not licensed dietitians, nutritionists, or physicians.
Athletes and bodybuilders experimenting with hormones to gain muscle mass, lose weight, or enhance physical performance are taking a big chance with their health.
To achieve optimal weight loss and long-term management, to build muscle, and to increase stamina and endurance, focus on diet, adequate exercise and type of exercise, and of course, a healthy lifestyle.
Whenever possible, avoid HGH diet recommendations provided by bodybuilders, athletes, or those seeking drastic weight loss without putting much effort into the process themselves. No combination of supplements can do this. Combining injections and sometimes even over-the-counter products that influence hormone or metabolic functions can contribute to a number of unexpected side effects and reactions.
